Blackpool to Clapham
Blackpool to Clapham is a 70 km route. This journey is quite scenic and will take you through many market towns and villages like Poulton-le-Fylde, Garstang, Cabus, Forton, Caton and Bentham. On the right side of the road you will see the Forest of Bowland. The Forest of Bowland is called the Switzerland of England. The area is perfect for biking because it is not overrun by tourists yet.
Blackpool to Ingleton Falls
Blackpool to Ingleton falls is a 58.6 mile route. The Ingleton waterfalls trail has one of the most spectacular sceneries in North West England. The waterfalls have a fascinating history and are visited by tens of thousands of visitors each year. The waterfall is at the end of your journey. Before you reach there, you have to criss crosses many quaint towns and parishes which are beautiful in their own way.

Apart from the drinks, Jollies Hotel is also known for its excellent home cooked food. Bill is a biker and he is also a mechanic. You can also order special diets, if you need.
The Hurstmere- The Hurstmere is a family friendly B&B but they welcome bikers also. The place is run by Barry and Andrea. The bar at the Hurstmere is highly recommended by bikers who’ve been there. It has a giant jenga, dart board, pool table, karaoke and even Nintendo Wii Dance. The breakfast menu is also rich and very affordable.
Biker friendly accommodation in Blackpool
Newholme Guest House- Newholme Guest House is a family B&B inn since 1999. The place is located in the North Shore area. It is run by David and Debbie, bikers themselves. The breakfast in this place is just fabulous. If that is not enough, check out the licensed bar here. It has a fantastic range of alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks and also serves wonderful bar food.
The Merginn- The Merginn is located in the North Shore area of Blackpool, close to Gynn Square and Promenade. The B&B is close to many attractions in the city. There are two categories of room’s here- Standard and Superior. All rooms are equipped with digital TVs, central heating and daily hospitality trays. The English breakfast here is especially recommended. The hotel also offers free Wi-Fi facilities.
Rossall House- Rossall House is a family run B&B. It is located in central Blackpool, between Central pier and South pier. The beach is just 100 meters away from the hotel. You can opt for room only or B&b. There are many pubs close by. But you won’t have to go there because Rossall House contains a lounge bar and pub. The hotel offers free garage facilities with CCTV security.
Number One St. Luke’s-Number One St. Luke’s is just three minutes away from Pleasure Beach and Promenade. If you want to experience a period home, Number One St. Luke’s is for you. Each room is equipped with a bathtub, a king size bed, Egyptian cotton bed linen and other luxurious amenities.
Roachvale- Roachvale is run by Rob and Tina, veteran bikers with over 35 years of riding experience under their belts. The B&B inn is located in Blackpool’s South Shore area. The place is close to two bike meets. Cumbria is just an hour away. So Roachvale is a good place to set up base if you are exploring neighboring areas on your bike.
Hazards: As 99% of all people in the UK know Blackpool is a seaside resort, this is the biggest hazard, scores of tourists, windy sea fronts, blow up inflatables and SAND, SAND, SAND!! Look out for these if you are on your bike!
