Why Sell with We Want Your Motorbike?
Selling your motorbike privately can often mean you get a better price for the bike, but it can also be a lot of hard work.
Selling privately means that you’re responsible for advertising the bike and arranging to meet up with prospective buyers to let them see the bike, all of which can wind up taking up a lot of valuable time and may not even result in a sale.
But here at We Want Your Motorbike, we aim to make the process as simple and easy as possible.
To get started, all you need to do is enter your registration number and we’ll get to work on your free valuation, which we’ll send over to you within 24 hours.
If you’re happy with the offer and choose to accept, we’ll send someone round to pick up the bike the very next day and have the money in your account before the bike has gone anywhere. It’s that simple!
A Guide To Motorcycling in Chester
Starting out as a Roman fortress in the 1st century A.D., Chester is known for its distinctive red sandstone walls and is one of the best-preserved walled cities in the country.
Within the walls, you’ll find the city’s famous Tudor-style, half-timber buildings around the Rows shopping area, featuring shops on two levels.
Another popular local attraction is the Roman amphitheatre, which lies just outside of the city walls and is a Grade I listed building with regular ongoing excavations.
Large parts of the city centre are pedestrianised, but if you head out into the surrounding countryside there are some great places to get out on your bike.
One of our favourite rides in the area is Runcorn to Llyn Tegid, via Chester. At around 60 miles, this route takes you through the Cheshire countryside and the outskirts of Chester itself, before crossing the border into Wales and ending on the fringes of the Snowdonia National Park, with lots of straights and few corners along the way.
Another popular ride in the local area is from Chester to Holt via Pulford. This is a much shorter ride at just over 20 miles for a round trip but takes in some of the beautiful Cheshire countryside, but be prepared for some fairly tight corners!
