Starting out in Ashford you can head down to Brenzett, then along the coast the Folkestone, before heading back up through Ashford, up to Maidstone, before crossing the Downs to Sittingbourne, then down to Chilham and back across the Downs to Ashford, with the whole journey taking about 100 miles and three hours.
Another popular route is to loop around souther Kent, which is of a similar distance but takes you up to Canterbury before heading to Dover and down the coast to Rye, before dipping into High Weald and back to Ashford.
