A bike route that stretches on for just over 100 km, the journey from Hastings to Horsham will take you through the picturesque coastline of East Sussex and the countryside of Southern England. Start with the A259 in Hastings all the way through Eastbourne and Newhaven and then the B2123 to Falmer, then the A23, A272 and A281 to Hastings. The route has excellent scenery and long straights, but watch out for speed cameras and police presence.
Hastings to Folkestone via Rye and Dymchurch
The route from Hastings to Folkestone stretches for 53 kilometers, making it a great weekend ride for the adventurous biker. The best part about this route is, you only need to stick to the A259, and it will take you from Hastings through Rye, Old Romney, Dymchurch all the way to Folkestone. The first half of the journey will take you through the countryside, but once you cross Littlestone Golf Club, you get to ride along the coastline to Folkestone. There are a number of great corners and straights along the road, but there is also plenty of police presence.
