1. Dainese Steven D-Dry

This is a high spec, stylish biker jacket. It has an internal waterproof, breathable liner and a removable thermal liner. For extra comfort there are elasticated inserts and neck adjustments. There is also a very useful waterproof pocket.

The shoulders and elbows also have CE approved protection.

2. Rev’it off Track

This all year round biker jacket has a removable, breathable, waterproof lining. In addition, there is a detachable thermal liner and for keeping cool the jacket has removable side panels and vents for the chest and arm.

The back has CE approved padding and armour with hard armour available at an additional cost.

3. Rukka Armax

What the Rukka Armax loses in looks it gains in other ways. The use of Gore-Tex Pro three-layer laminate makes this jacket waterproof on the outside. It boasts shoulder and elbow protectors that are CE approved; front and rear vents and detachable collar for when it gets warm and a very impressive Outlast liner for body temperature regulation.

4. Alpinestars T-Stunt Air-Flo

This biker jacket wins in the style department. It also has an eye to safety with its use of ballistic nylon and heavy duty mesh material. This construction also helps with ventilation. Further safety features include CE approved armour in the shoulders and elbows.

5. Alpinestars T-Dyno

This is another biker jacket that rates highly on looks. The highlights for this Alpinestars jacket are the 600D nylon used in its manufacture; shoulder and elbow CE approved armour and collars and cuffs made from neoprene.

Night riding is made safer with the use of reflective piping and logos.

The Warp is designed for all weather use. This jacket is not as expensive as many others but the features to look at are its removable thermal lining, waterproof ventilation zippers, waterproof membrane and CE approved armour.

The use of lighter materials has reduced the weight of this jacket. This Rev’it jacket has all the pockets you could need, a detachable thermal lining and CE armour.

8. Alpinestars T-Breeze Air-Flo

The T-Breeze is as tough as they come thanks to a manufacture that uses 600D nylon, CE armour, multiple stitching and mesh panelling. It also has a detachable thermal lining.

9. Lewis Burnout

The Burnout is a solid entry-level biker jacket for use in the winter months. It has CE approved armour for protection and soft collar and cuffs for comfort.

10. Hein-Gericke Cruise GTX Daylite

This biker jacket makes great use of Gore-Tex. The jacket is ventilated in the chest, back and sleeves. The thermo collar is removable and for safety the jacket has CE approved armour and back protector.
